The Dawaat-e-Awadh Food Fiesta is redefining Awadhi Cuisine at the JW Marriott Kolkata

JW Kitchen Kolkata is bringing a fresh new approach to this phenomenal cuisine with a lavish spread showcasing the rich delicacies of Awadhi cuisine.

Chef Mujiboor Rehman is an expert of cuisines all across the country such as Kashimiri, Mughlai, Rampuri and Hyderabadi, and his passion for royal cooking runs through the generations in his family. He has specially curated the menu for this Food Fiesta to make sure you can fully experience all the aspects of this special cuisine.

As soon as you enter JW Kitchen, the wonderful aroma will tell you exactly what you can expect from such a spread of royal delicacies. Starting from the starters to the dessert, this menu is ideal for all vegetarian and non-vegetarian lovers.

The Shorba Ghosht Yakhni is a delicious lamb soup and the Murg Tikka Mirza Hasnu is a unique chicken kebab flavoured with freshly ground spices. For the vegetarian lovers, Urad Ke Nayab Seekh, a white lentil kebab and Kaale Chane ki Asharfi, mildly spiced black gram galettes, are hot favourites!
